Can we get some Riot perpective on post-devourer junglers?

We hear about a month ago that Riot was "keeping an eye on them." But some champs like Shyvana feel pretty left behind.

Shyv was OP af with devourer because it broke her kit. Other junglers that it simply enhanced their kit seem to be doing about as well or even slightly better with Bloodrazer. Shyv was kind of the exception though because the double proc effect was just too much for how her kit worked. I honestly haven't seen a ton of her since the new jungler items, but the few I have seen have done alright for themselves. Not as oppressive now, but she's still hard to peel off, can engage without fear, and still does lots of damage while being tanky af. I'm not expert though maybe she's useless now lol.

As long as she can carve out a gold lead by outfarming the enemy team, she is never useless. Strong? Sure if you know what her limits are. You are not just going to face roll the enemy team without effort.
