About rework dark harvest
I'm the only one that think that this rune is too much focus on laning phase, expecially on artillery since they can abuse their range?
I mean (
can farm up stack way more easily than other champ since they're good at poking being also safe).
Also a lot of early game burst mage could abuse it aswell (
).
I mean that the range of champs that DH was previusly designed (front loaded dmg on primarly assassin such as 
) has passed into another area (Safe mage since they can easily trigger stack because it's not required that the target is dead but they has to be at least less than 50%).
I think that if DH has get new user is good but i think that the "Best user" has just been changed too drastically.
What's your tough?
