A 10min surrender option is needed. And make it 60% for the surrender to go trough, that would be cool.

Yeaa sadly, I don't want that again. And I'd rather have the game balanced around normal game times instead of bullshitting everything, granting 10 minute surrenders, make lanebullies able to win the game at 10 minutes and hypercarries to pop off at like 12 minutes with 1 completed item. (obvious exageration, but the feeling is there. Games need to be balanced around a higher duration)
