They finally nerfed Yasuo's early zoning/pushing power. Now if he wants to mindlessly push he is gonna have to sacrifice dueling power by maxing e first. I'm so glad Riot finally realized this, just hope the changes on the PBE stick
Sweeping Blade (E) cooldown changed from 0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1 to 1/0.75/0.5/0.25/0.

most yasuos max Q first, good yasuos max e first. The problem was that even at lvl 1 e mas enough to push the waves like crazy

No, max q has been meta now. That's why they nerfed e a while back.
