Someone explain to me how to get out of Bronze

The only reliable way to get out of Bronze is to be able to play at a Platinum or Diamond level (or better). Fuck knows merely being good enough for Silver isn't enough to, y'know, get to silver, you need to be WAY above the level you're actually aiming for to even reach it. You have to be able to 1v5 entire enemy teams and win the entire game single-handed after 3 of your teammates have DC'd and the last one is intentionally feeding to make it end faster; otherwise you're just a noob and deserve to lose for not being gud enough, scrub.
At least that's what the forum says.
Raise your winrate above 50% and play enough games. It's that simple.
Easiest way to improve your winratio is sticking to champions you have good winrates already and avoid champions you think you are good at but actually lose many games with. Looking at your account you had many wins with
S5 but you never played him in S6.
Practice? ^_^
Improve and stop blame gaming. Don't flame. Ever.

Positive attitude, researching how good players play, play champions who can get fed and carry but aren't too mechanically demanding, etc.
Carry every game, type less, never give up, its bronze anything can happen, 2nd hardest league in league
Right now it's the beginning of the season, so a lot of the people I play with in silver 3 have gold borders (a few have plats). I'm guessing you are playing with a lot of season 5 silvers. You just have to play better.
Never give up is certainly a big one, in ranked surrender should basically never be an option.
Learn from your games. What went right, what went wrong, and why. Not just for you, but the rest of your team and even your enemy. Grab something like Baron Replays so you can watch the spectator mode and evaluate key moments of the game and why they went that way.
Don't get caught up on the idea of carrying your games, I've seen too many people get the idea that they have somehow activated 'God Mode' only to be punished for it. Carrying can be tricky with how to apply your power but generally speaking showing up to a team fight 10 seconds late just to get the cleanup Pentakill and then buy is not 'Carrying'. Take some objectives.
Focus on what you can do to get better. You can't control your teammates, so instead improve the small things you can. Micro and Macro skills are good, but don't underestimate that a little communication can turn a bad team into just the team you need.
Lastly, consistency. This is something that comes with most everything else, but part of it is mindset. Go for the biggest gain with the lowest risk. Far too often you see people go for high risk, low reward plays, and those plays are the ones that ruin consistency.

Duo with somebody and go

. I'm not even joking either. I'd do it myself if Garen wasn't 99% banned in Bronze and I could find a mate willing to play nothing but Cho'gath.
Here you go, my guide to get out of elo hell: (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/cwkXuIuO-okay-for-all-of-you-stuck-in-bronze-5-i-have-the-secret-for-you-to-get-out)
Play champions with cc. Don't play ADC until higher elo. When laning focus on farming instead of killing your enemy. You're bronze for a reason, so don't trust your instincts on going for a kill. Think before you act. Learn how to tower dive. MAIN ORIANNA. For real though. I don't main mid, but if you do you should learn ori. She is my personal favorite solo queue hero that embodies the idea of one shot penta kill.
Cs well, win lane. Take objectives. Carry hard - Aoe champs help for team fights.
play a champ you are comfortable with
train map awareness. try to have a look almost every 5sec to maintain the enemy positions in your head. try to guess where the jungler is.
by all means, try to avoid any conflicts within your team(chat). always try to be calm and friendly. Most games in bronze are won by the enemy team arguing to much, which leads to missplays/getting caught wile chatting/surrender. You can win more games just by handling the stress in the chat.
imho, point 3 is the most important part. cause stress leaves you(r team) in an uncomfortable state, where you can't read the game flow anymore and can't learn anything (because your brain is focused on fighting your team now and not the enemy anymore).
