So i went 29/9/9 on Vayne a couple of games ago and carried the living crap out of my team cause they couldn't do anything. We ended up losing due to a really stupid decision that somebody made and then i got the the post game screen i was S+ and "Loss Prevented" What the heck does this mean? Did that game not count as a loss or somethnig?

It means that the winning team gets the win, but you don't lose any LP or such over the loss.

DREADN0UGHT1 votesIt means the servers were having issues, so Riot activated the loss prevention system, meaning you did not lose LP. Nobody did while the loss prevention was on.

"Loss Prevented" is occasionally enabled when the servers are unstable, to avoid having players lose LP due to something that cannot possibly be blamed on any player in that game.
Irelia Bot1 votesIt means server issues on riots part generally. Since they do not want to punish people for AFK's that are the result of problems Riot is having.
It makes the losing team take no LP loss and the winning team only gain 50% LP but also means that ranked is disabled in nearly every case until the issues have been resolved.
It had nothign to do with your S rank or score.
