It would go a long way in putting the iron revenant back in the spotlight, and it's a relatively easy change to make. With the nerf to Rylais as well as the recent assassin update, he's in dire straights. I know you guys are also fixing a plethora of bugs with him at the moment, maybe adjust a few other things?

I say +5% MS for each Q landed, and lower the MS boost on w from a decaying 75 to a constant 50 as long as w is up, until deactivation
Boom, Morde fixed, still retains sustain, high damage to be a melee carry, retains his iconic shield, and has the same counterplay----only now he csn actually do something.
Get windows of power, still has shit base MS, and thematically fits a juggernaut role
