I know Riot doesn't necessarily like F2P players, but I'm one of them, and key fragments take too long to gather up. I have around 15 chests and only 2 key fragments... Please make another way for F2P players to get champ shards.
BTW, I don't main any champ... I just play for fun and i want more key frags to unlock more champs...

he is claiming cuz he dont buy RP for skins/champs ect that riot is purposely not giving him keys.
where i have 28 keys and no chest. well i dont get chest cuz i ply like a small handful of champs and once you get a chest on them you cant earn a chest on them again. i guess ill by $100 of RP so riot will give me chest or just use the RP to buy chest.
