What If Veigar's Q Stunned or Slowed Targets Trapped In His E?

People didn't seem to like the idea about Veigar's Q having a stun in general in my earlier post so what if stunned or slowed (slow enough to land a W at least) targets in his E. Its a skilll shot which is easily dodge-able by standing behind minions or just sidestepping at the longer ranges of it. This could allow Veigar to make plays for himself and make trapping targets actually useful for him.

Edit 1 :

Could maybe be cool if it only slowed if his Q hits one target and stuns if he hits two. Just another thought. It would just be nice if Veigar could do something in lane besides sit back and farm.

I actually would like this idea. I also think it's a good idea to slow the target inside the E. It can make his W easier to land and i tihnk you might be able to remove the stun.

What if Veigar's E magnified his Dark Matter, so that when it came down it unleashed a Dark Matter shockwave that ripples all the way to the edges of event horizon, hitting anyone trapped in it

They would have to nerf its damage. Making it so you don't have to land a stun to hit a W makes Veigar easier and arguably better then before the nerf, especially so in team fight scenarios. If they nerf the damage to allow that he's less of burst mage and a poke one instead, but his poke would be near unavoidable which I'm sure Riot doesn't want.

However they could just make it so the closer you are to the drop point the more damage you take or something like that. It's not a bad idea, I just doubt Riot will actually give Veigar a significant buff like that.

Yes, I was thinking it would deal half damage with the shockwave (people hit directly wouldn't take shockwave damage). This "Poke" would take TONS of mana early game and it's only for half damage. He'd also lose his only defensive capability

Honestly, his E isn't very much of a defensive ability as it is now so I really hope they add some buffs to compensate for that. Playing Veigar right now I just sit back and farm. Occasionally throw out a stun and hope this is the one in a hundred chance the other person sneezes and just walks into it so I can actually do something.

I think it would be interesting if when he throws an ability through one (and only one, no throwing things through the entire box) wall of the cage it did some extra effect. This would probably have coding like windwall or something, instead of destroying projectiles it empowers them if they came from Veigar (and then changing any that go through another wall back to their original form).
