Thanks for the q buff, Riot. But you also nerfed Veigar's stun, ult and mid game power spike item. Welp, keep those mobile champions coming and keep nerfing everything in the game that hinders the big #LCSPLAYZ.

Not that Veigar was ever an issue. Less than -50% winrate for the last three years and a plethora of issues inherent to the champion that kept him relatively tame (One time burst - post burst uselessness, worst laning phase in the game - AA does less damage and projectile moves slower than a backwave minion's projectile, squishiest and most immobile champ in the game, q farm dependent).

"But but.. Whaaaaa I'm a Malzahar main and I don't know how to deny Veigar farm and he's OP and I'm stuck in bronze elo hell and whaaaaa!".

Yea, I still don't understand why we don't have a PBE Board page.... this is 100% PBE talk and its in general lol. I was like veigar hasnt got touched in years what are u guys talking about ha.

But yea just before you posted I was looking around and found it thanks tho.

Seriously? Are you saying that an Aoe stun that is not an ultimate and can be summoned right on you, negating all counterplay is balanced? It leaves his escape alright since he can use it to trap a champ in the middle then just outside and probably stunned. And if I didn't misread, doesn't his Q now go through at least two units? This means it can maybe poke a champ and still get a minion kill for ap and boosting his Teamfight potential.

IMO, what I see here is that you actually need to time his stun, like IDK a Viktor stun, so it has its best effect. And if you still center the stun cage around the champ, a .75 delay won't allow a person to get out without a dash (I.E Fizz, Akali, the occasional AP Blitz going full speed) those also having weak farming when abused. Honestly, this was a healthy change to Vieger.
