I think Darius needs his E to make him laugh if he grabs an enemy champion

Dunkrius2g1 voteswell before, you can have your W on a 2 second cd. Now it is 3 seconds with 40% cdr at lv 18. So i guess adding a laugh on his E which is on a high cd would be good.
