ive reported countless scripters and got no messages saying theyve been banned, instead they are PROTECTED. why are scumbags protected? why cant we just fucking name and shame people and get them banned within a few hours, rather then them ruining games until they play properly when they cheat to challenger? THIS IS WHAT PREVENTS THEM GETTING BANNED. they wont get noticed for cheating when theyve changed champs or accounts.

They do actually have to find out that there is legit scripting going on rather than just taking your word for it.
