Please consider changing Fiora

I think Fiora's whole deal with building tank (I haven't seen a non-tank since about 1 month post rework) is that her true damage is "%" and not flat. If she was shifted towards Irelia I think she would fit better into the game. Right now, with titanic hydra she can effectively 4 hit anyone with her ult regardless of how much or how little health they have.

If Fiora had true damage that was about 30/45/60/75/90 + 10%/12%/15% Bonus attack damage per level 1/7/12 all respectively. Numbers are all up for debate, but the concept still stands. If she has to build damage, she will NOT build tank. There's too many other tanks that do more damage while building tank.

And she would one shot squishies while struggling against health stacking face roll tanks, something riot tried to avoid. Because like it or not %max hp true damage is equal. It doesnt do more to one class over another. You can 250 max hp or 25000 max hp and it will chunk you just the same. And its not like its free, she does have to work to get it. Also the whole tank Fiora thing isnt because of her kit, its because of the items that allow squishy characters to build tanky while doing a lot of damage.
