What the fuck does it take to get a response on LoL's direction?

This is getting god damn ridiculous. Make rational posts, ask kindly for even a remotely informative explanation behind LoL's direction, question why the DEVELOPERS aren't addressing the interactions between classes being fundamentally broken in terms of HEALTHY FUNCTIONALITY, and you get met with the sound of crickets chirping.

People are trying to remain so calm, but we're not even being handed a rope of hope to wrap around our hands whilst awaiting a voice of reason to break through the heavens, reassuring an acknowledgment of the issues at hand. At this point, no one even wants a guaranteed, "We're gonna fix it", because we've yet to get so much as a "Yep, that's one of many current fundamental flaws with League, we plan to assess this."

Many Champions are STRUGGLING to do their jobs in the manner of which they were designed. Fuck Win Rates; what value is there in a win rate when you can't even pick x champion to do what x champion was originally DESIGNED to do? Or they're doing it TOO well due to CDR & Item Passives? What FUN is there when Summoners have lost options in terms of what they are able to do in order to influence a game as a player rather than 'X Specific Role/Champion' or 'User of X item' with all the high & free damage?

When does this UTTER BULLSHIT come to a fucking halt? Don't even bash me for my agitation; because I alongside many others are trying to calmly approach the developers of a game we've loved and committed time/money/our LIVES to for YEARS and we're being met with silence. It's infuriating, insulting, and YES I reserve my right to express these feelings because of the commitment I've had to Riot's game.

EDIT: I really want clarification on where this game is being taken. Because if it's simply going to become longer-lasting URF, more or less, I don't want to continue playing in hopes it will deviate from the path it's taking.
