Riots new champion

Soon Riot will be making a champ like this. Because they are running out of ideas.

Does not have abilities its self. You start with a random ability of one of the other 9 players in the game.

Each time you use an ability another randomly picked ability from the remaining 8 is picked.

Passive is that AP and AD are averaged to give you a Adaptive force stat for all abilities.
