Have you considered changing the landscape / pathing towards bot lane?

Jungler perspective : Bot lane = two people = two kills = dragon / first tower blood = stomp = win

We know bot will always have the ADC & Support down there due to the dragon nearby. This said the jungler will always have his eye bot lane there is too much commotion down there. More than the other two lanes. I believe you could look for a possible way to change the route towards bot perhaps making ganks overall FAR more predictable by removing both the tri brush and the bush in the river and replace it with something else , or some landscape changes making the pathing more risky. Also id like to suggest moving red / blue buffs much deeper in the jungle in towards the base so attempting to steal is more risky.
