Nerfing rageblade and his passive is not worth this new W active. He was already at 48% winrate now with the nerf to his passive (i don't see the point in nerfing it, when it's supposed to be strong as he can't use it on demand) idk things are looking bad.

Ragnaveil1 votesIdk, maybe to make his Q less dogshit and worth using in trades? I honestly welcome the change. Q is legit Xerath Q but the damage scales with charge. I mained Varus S6 and a bit of S5. Not to mention his W is Vayne's W but deals magic damage instead and also needs to be triggered by a spell.
