How about giving Viktor's W a Grounded effect?

It's literally a gravitational field and it's his only counterplay towards the very same assassins that can just easily dash out of it.

Besides, it's not like he's meta right now with his 48.5% win rate (what the fuck?). The guy needs some help.

Would love if Morde got some sort of grounded effect when he gets reworked, would allow him to stay immobile while still being able to deal with the stuff going around these days.

Or at least the "Knocked down" effect Veigar, Poppy and Jinx has.

Like put it on Karthus's wall, put it on Lissandra's ring of frost. None of this "I can make this ability less effective because I have a dash"

They have talked about this before. They said with the mobility creep, they would add more grounding effects, but that would indirectly hurt immobile champs who only have flash as mobility.

Honestly, I feel this would be a great buff and niche for juggernauts like Darius, morde, illaoi etc., Such that if they meet certain conditions they should be grounded (except for flash) to exclusively punish hyperrmobile champs that get caught. Mobile champs have too few tradeoffs. If you don't have high range or tons of mobility or are a cc bot, then you are practically useless. I mean seriously what are juggers good for anymore? Can't duel the high mobility AA conquerors abusers, are poor in team fights, can't engage (unless aatrox maybe) low range generally, low cc, their tanky attributes hardly matter any more because of true damage meta, and they aren't even especially bursty. You can get ahead sometimes, but then you're still useless. Personally they should not lose duels to hyper mobile fighters and bruisers, but for some unknown reason fighters like jax and fiora actually get better survivability tools along with their scaling...eh rant over.

having Yorick's wall grounding targets would be nice, right now mobile champs mess him up while immobile champs often get stomped.

I just wish grounded wasnt always tied to a slow. Like it could be used just on its own as a debuff. That way they could add it to random champs (or like Raka make grounded circles)

Make it so that you can flash in it, so it doesn't hurt immobile champions too much.
