What is with this "Lulu's whimsy is coded to ignore anti-cc" meme?
No it is not. Lulu's whimsy has always been blocked by spellshields and whatnot. If it is not doing that then it is a bug.

I haven't seen what you're talking about here on the boards, but it sounds like people may be confusing spell shields with other things?
Polymorph should be able to be spell shielded. And if you cast it on something like Malphite while he's ulting, I believe he turns into a squirrel visually, but the squirrel will still truck your team (his ult will still finish). But he may be a squirrel still after the ult is done, so he wouldn't be able to immediately follow it up with his E, for example.
Another classic case is that spells where the animation already started will continue, such as with a spinning Garen. He'll become a spinning squirrel of death, but the spin will still do damage. Similarly, since Lux ult is just a long animation, you could turn her into a squirrel but the squirrel is still going to fire its laser.
What do you expect? People don't even know what Lulu's W does anymore.
They only saw the Q and E and begged Riot for buffs when she clearly doesn't need them.
Morgana's black shield doesnt stop this spell, I dont understand that.
