most ADC's will always be awful to play unless they get longer range
what do ez/cait have that other adc's dont? ezreal builds tank items and has spammable flashes and poke, caitlyn has long range. good luck being an average as fuck adc playing anything else that requires getting 3 items all while u get 1 hit by all kinds of shit or are too terrified to auto attack cause you happen to be 200 HP and short range. i aint watched lcs since early season 3 , but let me have a rough guess what they pick. sivir/ashe for team power or cait/ez for a piss safe laning phase. jhin/vayne/ashe are just OK but they arent piss safe.
they purposely made armor pen builds broken so lucian would be worth picking, but if all ADC's are to be worth picking then they need to get longer range.
