what's niche about Zac?
like, after he gets nerfed
what exactly does he do that's niche? what situation would I not pick Zac in if he's good?

A team that lacks damage. 70% Zac main, and I won't play him anymore in low damage comps. If top goes tank/bruiser then I jg a hyper. 40% ADC and mid lane? Nope. Zac can't carry, but he can snowball one. So you need a champion on your team who can carry, and a player able to do it.
Honestly, the worst matchup for me is a good Janna. A good Janna with a competent back line is a nightmare in team fights.
