Lulu is the most cancerous champion Riot has ever created

I'm asking why this champion even exists. Janna is nothing compared to this rat of a champ who invalidates melee and makes the ADC unkillable. Her kit has something for each and every situation. There is a reason why this champion's pick and ban rate increases with rank: she's inherently broken.

Gut this rat once and for all so we can get back to actually playing the game.
