Is Miss Fortune also gonna be considered for assassin's rework?

Seriously, when MissFortune hits her R button and you don't have a flash, dash or any kind of mobility she's gonna 100 - 0 you unless you are a tank with at least 2 finished items. All she needs is someone to be on a front line so she's free to annihilate the entire enemy team before the teamfight. The only downside of that ultimate is the fact that she's locked down, but who cares if there's someone beefy enough with hard CC in her team to walk left and right in front of her while she's unleashing the apocalypse.
