Can We Connect Our Voice To LoL Without The Use Of 3rd Party Networks?

Dynamic que is a pain in the ass, and if you want to stand a chance to win against a premade 5 with your random team mates you've never met before in your life we should be able to talk to each other in game without the need of 3rd party networks to further enchant communication and more importantly make the game more friendly towards people who don't go premades in ranked.
