It's cool that people with all champs have use for champ shards now, but...

They still shouldn't get them from hextech chests. Even with the ability to effectively buy blue essence now, I'm still left with more IP that I can ever really do anything with. Getting a Champion shard in a chest is a total let down when I could have just dipped into my reserve of 100k+ IP and gotten the same thing for only 1700 IP. Earning an S rank, earning 3 key fragments, and then opening up something that's effectively worthless to me still feels like shit and is made to feel even worse by the fact that we're limited to 4 chests per month.
