@Riot Fiora's passive and bushes

I've been playing quite a bit of the new Fiora lately and something that I've noticed is that her passive doesn't activate if the enemy has no vision of her. This means that as Fiora, you could be standing in a bush ready to pounce on an unsuspecting opponent, and you wouldn't get the benefit of striking a vital until after you've revealed yourself. This is unfortunate, as Fiora's entire play pattern rewards good positioning and getting the drop on someone should feel more rewarding than it is now. Wouldn't it be possible for Fiora's passive to activate when she's invisible to the enemy team, and do it like Ekko's ultimate where the vital will only be visible once the enemy has vision of her?

If they only did that, enemies would always know if your nearby, making bush control way harder for you . I think if they were to implement that feature, they would have to remove the sight of your enemy seeing there vitals

To reiterate the last sentence of my OP;

Wouldn't it be possible for Fiora's passive to activate when she's invisible to the enemy team, and do it like Ekko's ultimate where the vital will only be visible once the enemy has vision of her?

Oh I'm sorry I didn't see that part :P. But wouldn't that offer the same issue? I mean the idea of the vital is to have a equal ground where both parties could fight fairly ( Or at least I think that was what they were going for ).

I am all up for this idea. I just wonder if that would go against her original designs. Cause honestly I hate that people can see there passive when I'm in the bush, makes it harder to use certain statergies
