What are you trying to do, exactly?

AP Ezreal? On-Hit? I can't tell for certain.

They're pretty sub-par for any niche I'd want to take Ezreal for. Not enough burst or sustained damage to warrant running mid or bot.

EDIT:

And certainly no poke, which is Ezreal's main role.
