DO you guys think soraka mid is viable?

I think in theroy she is a great counter pick to ap assasins and she has strong set up for ganks. Her q w e r all have ap scalings. She has great sustain in lane and very safe ranged to farm and her e is great at disengage. She can also set up ganks with her new 40% slow on her q at rank 1 and she has a global ult which can help her team without leaving lane. She also has decent waveclear with q. I mean if support soraka was disgusting then mid soraka should be just equally if not more disgusting. No one expects the banana.
