Quit fucking around and actually balance this champion Riot. Pros actually consider him so OP that they're willing to play him mid lane just so they can have a Nautilus on their team.
Yeah, had to play against him last night, he's hitting permaban status for me.
But the main thing making him op is the fact that he has insane cc and riot is still pushing ad champions. So he can itemize for armor and hp, be insanely tanky and have high cc.
