Rennekton
With patch 9.8 changes coming up I feel they are going into a good direction but not one that is substantial enough to really bring Renekton back into his lane bully ways.
HP increased to 575 from 572.16. Attack speed growth increased to 2.75% from 2.65%. Armor growth increased to 4 from 3.8. Cull the Meek (Q): Healing against champions increased to 4x from 3x. Fury bonus healing cap increased to 200/300/400/500/600 from 150/225/300/375/450.
Now what I like here is the increased healing that they intend to add to him for later game to make him feel better towards the late game and is a push into the right direction however the armor and hp changes are not enough to do anything to Renekton. the issue atm. is that ren isn't the powerhouse early champ he once was. His objective in the early game is to suck his Laner dry and deny them as much as possible but with his mediocre standing vs a lot of other champions he just doesn't have the strength. what he needs are dmg buffs to make him that bully he once was like Pantheon and Jayce are, on top of that his main power spike item timat has had a gold increase reducing its efficiency and to top it off he isn't able to unlock his other abilities when he animation cancel his w while using the item reducing his output and window of dmg; his kit isn't meant for him to become a tanky, unkillable, monster, lizard in the late game so he needs the early game power to even get strong enough later and with the current state of the meta being entirely reliant on how fast you can drop someone, hp and a minuscule armor buff won't be enough to keep this croc from drowning in Tahm Kenchs bayou.
