I'm assuming Riot is nerfing Boots of Swiftness because it's actually more cost efficient than Berserker Boots, but I think that might just be a Berserker Boots problem.
Why not just make it so Berserker boots give more attack speed to make it worth getting instead of just nerfing Boots of Swiftness so that both boots are terrible?

LegacyDAP1 votesWhen? All they did was nerf Boots of Swiftness in 6.4 and buffed Merc Treads to 30% tenacity to stop Swifties from crowding out Merc Treads. Berserker's haven't had a buff in a long time. They're pretty bad right now to be honest.

I personally don't see why they need to keep nerfing it's movespeed. They'll just never be bought again if they keep doing that.
