There is a difference between a balanced meta and a tank meta.

A balanced meta is where many different team comps are viable, including big 3 tank comps. A tank meta is where whichever team has the most tanks wins. Enchanter supports get pushed out of bot lane in favour of initiator tank supports.

the lethality buff im sure was an attempt to balance out the tank meta. so now they have to do something to lessen the blow of lethality
