8.9 Patch notes say that 2 of the 
are getting a 5 AP bonus. What about the other three?
(Athene's particularly..... it has 30 Base AP on build, and FC has 35, and is a component?)
(Twin Shadows also LOSES AP on the Combine.... 30 AP 
+35 AP = 65 AP yet TS = 60 AP?)

Athene's Dissonance has negative externalities, and was designed to conflict with

Furthermore, the Dissonance buff was put in place as a SUBSTITUTE to AP that used to be part of the item itself.
It was 40 AP. It was 20% CDR. 6.9 It was 60 AP.
I won't go back further than that, but that was a different item (used to be 80-90 AP with mana gain on kills/assists).
Dissonance Cancels Harmony, so it has a substantial cost outside of Gold.
But... the discussion comes more from how they treated 
When they traded a lot of 
's functionality into it, they removed 30 of its base AP, but added exactly the SAME Mana pool that Morellonomicon lost to , even though already had 250-1000 Mana.
Components:
25 AP (then)
20 AP (then)
So they didn't violate the base AP.
