What are QOL changes and why do you do them?
I heard Morello saying something like Darius might get some QOL changes since his rework has been pushed back and that champs receive QOL changes, what are QOL changes?

QoL changes refer to Quality of Life; for example, a QoL change they did for nidalee was instead of her pounce and swipe being aimed "in front" of nidalee, they activate from nidalee towards the cursor. It enhanced the QoL of nidalee players by making it easier to jump walls and to jump where you want.
Another example of a QoL change is how a large amount of spells now have exact indicators where a lot of AoEs land, e.g. Rumble's ult now having that green box around it or nidalee's Bushwack (traps) being more visible in bushes with the green rings around them.
This is a great definition with good examples.
Please note, OP, that QoL changes do not involve increases in range, damage, base stats or anything of that sort.
QoL changes are meant to make it easier to fight the other players, not the UI.
Now I'm wondering, what kind of QoL changes are they going to do for darius? The only thing I'm thinking they might do is change his q so that if they're on the edge between the inner and outer part of it, it prefers to use the larger amount of damage?
I don't play him so I don't know what's really frustrating about playing him. My guess might be something with auto attack responsiveness, or something with his auto-attack reset.
Maybe a range indicator on E?
I'm not really sure, and I don't remember seeing anything in particular hinted at.
Yeah :\ Maybe it's in the PBE already?
I check S@20 pretty regularly and haven't seen any specifics.
