No more % Missing HP. You've ruined his E animation. You've ruined his Q indicator. His ultimate is actually bugged.
I'm honestly going to ask for a refund on all of his skins (yes, I have every single one including his chromas) if none of this is not addressed within a few patches. He feels awful to play.

Penns1 votesOh, well I use smartcast so the indicator shouldnt really matter to me if thats what you mean. Not sure what you mean with sound effect of E tho.. Ill be able to try it out in ~2 hours when Im home.
