Silly question. Obviously the second. Otherwise you might've noticed that the complaint is about the current well known bug wherein Nidalee's spears don't appear when fired from the fog of war, reducing the ability of players to dodge one of the strongest nukes in the game. More specifically, you wouldn't noticed the complaint being Riot's silence on the matter when they've disabled champions for minor bugs within hours in the past.

Matezoide2 votesThis shit has been going on forever. There is literally no excuse for such a simple bug to still exist. They literally reworked Nidalee's entire kit a while ago and didnt fix this bullshit.
redniwediS2 votesThere's always the excuse that fixing these things takes time. First you have to figure out where the problem is in the code, and then you fix it. You can't just fix it because it's a problem.
You want it to go faster? Get hired by Riot and fix it yourself.

Urdnot Entar2 votesThe Report a Bug forum is basically a ghost town for Riot posts, and they have been leaving intermittent, game-breaking bugs in the game for years. They also tend to ignore player feedback about champion balance. They've been ignoring us on a lot more than just Nidalee spears.
