How is ezreal not disabled

It's not that it's the crazy buff to his base damage his q and tried force cam basically one shot you. Q is 125% total AD and tell force is 175% base Ad. His base AD at level 1 is 65. That's 300% at level 1.

? Isn't that the point? Ezreal has never been "Bad" it's just other ADC's out scale him because he needed Tear to stay in lane. Now he can easily compete with other ADC's because of klepto can get him enough gold for Tear and a damage item.

Actually the thing that makes ez stupid is that they overbuffed his Q so much that he can go klepto (a 0 damage keystone outside of the elexirs) and still outdamage everyone early game as long as he isnt god awful with his Qs.
