Champs like Lux and Ezreal getting too many skins is part of why this game is becoming worse

I know it is cosmetic, but Riot has consistently shown a lot of actions that dip this game towards champions they want to be more prevalent. Not just with the amount of skins but also with their kits being too strong. This has been going on for years but it seems to get worse all the time. There is a lack of intelligent decision making at Riot that should change if they want people to actually come back to this game.
