My only concern with cass now (and this possible trend)

Cass gains 4 movement speed per level, but she can't purchase boots items.

My ONLY issue with this: will riot at least off some type of item or some way that cass (and future non feet bearing champs that won't be able to buy boots) can get the enhancements such as homeguards?

I understand that there shouldn't be a snake in my boot, but now with this trend in worried I won't get HOMEGUARDS on ALOT of champs without feet
