I feel guilty for playing dynamic queue

Recently I had been playing less league and when I play often someone I met some games ago would invite me for a ranked game with his/her friends. I did not use voice chat with the guys I played with because I felt like that is just unfair and if they know what they are doing pings will work just fine, we also don't camp people because it felt so wrong.

We usually get match wih premades with about the same numbers(about but not the same, 3v3 and 3v4 both happen very frequently), and what happened was all the games were just complete stomps(at least me personally always do very well in these games). Dispite the guys I play with are all higher ranks than me and were supposed to bring up the mmr getting us better opponents, but the enemy premades just don't feel like they are the same level as I am, it felt like they were boosted directly from bronze.

I am not trying to offend anyone, but playing with premades clearly brings you to a rank you do not deserve and does not improve your individual skill. If you actually want to get better play solo, dynamic queue is shit.

I have only played ranked with my friends this season, despite having gone S4 > G5 (for the free shit) in about a week, back in season 3.

I can't get out of silver this season, and i'm willing to attribute 80% of it to only playing with my friends who are objectively worse than me. I personally don't really try all that hard in ranked, because i think it's a joke anyway. Though knowing that my blind pick MMR has put me against diamond and plat players for years, yet my rank is stuck in silver because of my friends, is just stupid imo.

Yeah, i could play some really broken hyper solo carry champion that i'm personally disgusted by, and probably carry them up into gold or more, but what good does that actually accomplish other than given them a cheap reward for an unearned status?

Last season I was playing pure solo queue and I could see myself actually getting better, with my in game stats gradually increasing and my rank climbing at a steady rate. Now I'm just wobbling around silver. One game I feel like a god, the other game I feel completely useless. Sometimes you snowball hard and sometimes you just get carried or get stomped. Your personal skill just felt much less important and your lane kinda became either farm lane or camp lane. It was... not fun.

Sorry, but can someone explain to to me the difference between dynamic and solo queues? I been playing for a few months and not familiar with the terms.

-Thanks!

solo queue is when you can play ranked game alone or with 1 partner only. dynamic queue is you can play with any number of other players.

if you only recently joined league you probably don't know about solo queue because it was taken down in the beginning of the season despite it being the queue we used for the past 5 seasons.

Ahh, ok...and why are ppl not favoring dynamic que? Does it have something to do with ppl who queue by themselves being forced to play against premade teams? Or is there something more to it?

there are many reasons, but mainly because people are getting ranked on the same ladder despite some people are playing with groups(which brings unfair advantage) while others play solo.
