He's absurd right now. He completely invalidates melee with his 70% slow/1.5 second stun on a 3.6 second cooldown, even without considering how broken his W is, on top of the damage his ult provides.
Meanwhile, champions like Taric exist. Nerf him into line with other supports. He's miles ahead of everyone else right now.
