Lets go into that last part real quick, because you cant have it both ways. You cant say "I'm sick of junglers being able to gank so often because they don't have to farm."
Then clear one of our 6-8 camps (counting scuttles and assuming buffs are up). What are we supposed to do in that meantime? You cleared one of the camps that'd take us an extra couple of seconds, they'd take a bit more of our health, and instead now we're UNDER in experience, near-full health, and have an empty jungle. Of course we're going to gank lanes nonstop, thats the only source of xp, gold, and entertainment we can get sometimes.
I'm going to run through lane and smite your cannon minion every chance I get because:
"Keep in mind, im not clearing out their whole~~ jungle~~ wave, just the~~ closest camp (raptors if mid, krugs if top).~~ cannon minion.
See how foreign of an idea that is?
If my camp is up, it will be cleared. Sure at 45 minutes in, when we're all level 18 and max build, take whatever you want. Pad your cs all you want. But when we are pre 30 minutes, and jungle is performing decently, then stay off my jungle camps.
Its mindsets like yours that are the reason this original post exists. Junglers have a moderate amount of say in the game, but they get flamed and trolled by the ENTIRE team, almost every game. Whether thats chat flaming for not ganking when demanded, or taking our camps, trying to take dragon despite having no jungler absent, getting invaded by the enemy, but allly laners are too lazy to collapse for the guaranteed kill. Laners have one place to be until 15 minutes in. You sit in your lane and farm your minions. If the opportunity presents itself, then kill your opponent. Junglers are expected to be everywhere, dodge vision, control neutral objectives, control buffs, clear camps, keep tabs on enemy jungler, keep tabs on ally lane pressure, and keep vision up in key locations.
