Leblanc still broken honestly

As Karthus even with dark harvest being as strong as it is, even a mediocre Leblanc is really tough to deal with.

She doesn't insta kill me but it's really annoying how safe she is lol

She does her combo and instantly escapes, not allowing me to fight back. Then I try to shove while her combo is on cooldown.

I basically always lose lane and then try to comeback with teamfights later.
