Could someone give me some insight into beating renekton in lane? Or how to aid the top laner? (I often play mid but play top semi-often) I've just had too many games where the super mobile super tank with decent sustain crushed everything, and I'm asking for some help if anyone has any.
Little Stick Man1 votesI played renekton from bronze to gold for the season rewards and the things that made it hell to play renekton were when I used my dash in, stun, spin, dash out was when the jungler was waiting for me to do that and I had nothing to stop me from getting fucked and when the game went longer then like 40 mins. basically ask your jungler to come top, wait for him to do his super predictable combo then walk up and kill him or just play for the late game for when he falls off assuming he didn't get super fed

A good renekton will zone you from all of your creeps, which is when you need to learn how to manage the creep wave so it shoves to you, and call your jungler for a gank
Shuriman Curator1 votesI just played a Renekton as Nasus. His early game is his strongest. He almost got me a few times but once I had a few items I could out trade him and ultimately kill him in lane. His cooldowns are long with no cdr so take advantage of that.
Another thing, when you see him ult, do NOT engage. The damage from his ultimate + a sunfire cape(if he has one will wreck squishes) also pay attention to his fury bar, I don't have exact number but when he's over 50(bar turns read) all his abilities get amplified in damage especially his W.
I've been seeing a lot of Renektons lately, and they all have been doing one thing...they build damage. But it leaves them extremely weak and can be bursted down. Try to poke him and ping for jungler. You need to try to bait out his combo, after he E-Q-W-E hes got nothing and can be killed. Try have him towards your side of river when he goes in with his E.
Good luck. If he doesnt build resistances by late game he'll fall really quick.
