is garen bugged again?
its hard to descibe, but something feels off. as if hes recently (and with that i mean since 6.9) not dealing as much damage as he should to non villain targets.
cant be just the 5 ad cleaver nerf, or is it?
i know it doesnt sound like much, but when youre playing a champion consistently and for a very long time, you can stumble over even small % changes in damage.
right now, it feels like that. he didnt get directly nerfed in the recent patched but it just feels as if im always falling short just by a tiny bit.
