So recently I been playing ADC, if you remember of me asking if Draven would be a good 1st pick for a beginner (Of course not) so I been playing Ashe Ezreal and what I noticed when I was playing Ashe is that my movement is just so crap/positioning

Whenever the Hecarim ulted me I tried to AA Away from him and AA repeat but I end up canceling so many AA and sometime moving forward too him which of course led to my death...

Btw Braum Trundle Hecarim combo is so aids

Thats the definition of an immobile ADC. They're glass cannons that require peel (protection/spoonfed) from their support/team inorder to survive and deal damage.

Playing champions like Ashe Twitch Jinx etc are all about dealing way too much damage while remaining back line, their punishment is getting focused/caught and thats exactly what the enemy team will atempt to do.

Kiting is simply walking away inbetween autos, like auto, click away, click them to auto, click away again, etc. Its called orb walking which you can find tutorials on, its not the easiest thing to do and will require a lot of practice, especially since ADCs scale in attack speed making the feel of it inconsistent.

its really easy if youre using attack move, since you dont have to move your cursor far from your champion (or where youre trying to move him). if you do i like you described, you have to move it between 2 sides of the screen.

you click to move back, and when you gained some distance, a + click to fire an auto attack. your champion will automatically attempt to auto attack if a target is in range. rinse repeat.

Honestly, I got rid of my attack move keybind (crtl+6 is a more important thing to spam right?) and have been doing it that method of just excessive clicking instead for the past year I've played this game.

I tried it once about a month ago, felt no difference, and just never bothered to fix what ain't broke in my playstyle.

Part of it is understanding when the point happens where the auto can't be canceled and you can move freely. Best thing to try and do is watch the projectile animation as it fires and hear it trigger. Either that or force yourself to wait before clicking again. Click discipline is key.

Tons of practice. You need to get used to the exact length of your attack animations on each champion and with various items. This is part of why ADC is such a high-skill role, despite what the garen players say about "autoattack bots". PS: i am a shit ADC

Well...you can't run from Hecarim unfortunately

Just play Jhin and go full crit, every time you crit you get a movement boost.
