Make aram truly random.
Next time i see a fucking Veigar and Fiddle in the same team for 5 games straight i'mma run it down mid. T1 style not Aram style.

If you want ARAM to be truly random, all champions need to be available for everyone for the mode.
ARAM accounts are why the mode is a joke.
Maybe they should disable some champs in ARAM or unlock all of them only for that mode, it's frustrating that a fun mode is one of the most toxic thing in the game.
This has been my biggest complaint with the aram match type since it was introduced.

They need to fix the mode by having it unlock every single champion for that mode, and if you dodge it should also take away any rerolls you haven’t spent, and send you into the negatives if you had zero rerolls.
that's because no one likes a challenge in this game. They just like what wins and anyone can play veigar and filddle.
Seems like one team gets the poke mages and ADCs while youre stuck with engage supports and bruisers.
I've said it every time I see one of these threads, and I'll keep doing it as long as they keep coming.
RIOT does not care about ARAM
As someone who has played it exclusively for almost a year now, I'm confident that RIOT will never balance the mode. It's not competitive, it's not earning them money, and it has a relatively small player-base compared to the Rift. It just isn't a smart choice business-wise to bother with it. The only reason it's even still around is because that small player-base is still larger than, say, Twisted Treeline's was.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised to learn that they're intentionally ignoring it just so that fewer and fewer people play it and they can eventually shut it down. If you're a true fan of ARAM, there are two things you have to accept:
- ARAM accounts are gonna ruin a large number of your games.
- RIOT will never fix its numerous problems or give a shit about those dedicated to playing it in spite of those problems.
not sure if its random but I feel like I see Veigar in a LOT of my aram matches, the only explanation I could come up with is aram account(make a new account and only unlocking champs that are op in aram). Wish they would make all champs available in aram, would make it an even rng game for everyone.
I laughed because my last ARAM had fiddle/veigar on the enemy team.
Riot trying to avoid people playing champs they don't own, but 1/136 is low enough that ARAM would only entice players to purchase a champ they didn't own if they rolled him and liked it.
This would prevent ARAM only accounts from getting an advantage.
I don't think they have to unlock all champs for ARAM. Obviously they would lose money if they did that so it isn't going to fly. Maybe just increase the free champion pool to twice as large for ARAM so people who have ARAM accounts have a larger chance of getting someone they don't own.
Also tweak whatever algorithm selects the champions because it doesn't really feel random to me.

Was so hyped for Aram back when i first started it, when i thought it was completely random for all players....then went vs 
teams for the next 4 games......
I don't own about 10 champions and have no intention of buying them. I don't own Zed or Shaco or Rengar or Lucian or Vayne or a couple of others. Know why? I don't want to play them.
Nobody forced me to buy all of the champions. I don't have to and don't want to. If that makes my ARAM pool more likely to have good champions- oh well. Why should I be punished by playing champions I elected not to buy so I never could play them?
ARAM back in the Rift days always meant random from the champions you had access to- never did it mean 'all champions'. "All Random" = Everyone pick random "All Mid" = Everyone go mid Nowhere in that did it mean every champion. The point is that you don't get to choose your 'main', not that it grabs from every champion in the game.

So are you asking for champion reroll option to be removed? That is pretty much the only way for Riot to do that. Well, yes, they could also add a check at the end of the timer to see if Veigar and Fiddle are in the same team (Well, they could add it to the start of the lobby too..) and if they are, tell everyone involved: "Sorry, Veigar and Fiddle are in one of the teams. Go back to queue. Thank you."
It is the Reroll option that weighs the probabilities in the way that makes Good ARAM champions more likely to appear and Bad ARAM champions rarely seen. So.. off with the Reroll option, yes? (No, I don't want that, but reroll is the cause for the "problem" OP and the upvoters see - and by removing Reroll option, Riot can remove the "problem".)
