So much for counterplay.

He has even more damage than before. His Q and E got combined AND buffed while also receiving a whole new ability that makes him great at roaming and also gives him an easy escape. He basically can't miss with his W and ult.

Sure his W isn't as wide and has now a slight delay to it, but it has more range and can walk to make sure you get hit by both hits (much like Ekko's Q), and when you get hit by both hits, you receive even more damage than his old W. He can poke you from a safe distance while you take tons of damage.

I can't believe Riot made him even stronger and easier in lane, WHILE ALSO giving him a really strong tool for both roaming and escaping.

Look at Quinn, when Riot reworked her into a roaming adc, they gutted her laning phase to the point where she's barely viable as an adc, and at best a niche top pick. That was the price she HAD to pay to make up for her roaming potential.

But nooooo Talon is strong both in lane and while roaming.

They could have made Talon perfectly balanced by giving him weak ass base damage, but stronger AD% ratio, that way he'd be rewarded for roaming properly. But noooooo they just HAD to mess this up.

Yep. He's even stronger than before and now HE CAN JUMP OVER FUCKING WALLS. What is this shit?

Have yet to see a Talon in my games not get 15 kills or more.

I don't even play Talon and I can tell he doesn't have as much frontloaded damage as before. What he does have is more mobility, so it's much harder to catch or escape him compared to before. He's a much more consistent champion now when played competently.
