Please make the free champion rotation more consistent.

Nami has been free at least 12 times since Yorick has been free. There are champions that are free almost every month, and then there are champions that are basically never free. I don't even know if it is possible for Yorick to be free, I checked several months back and haven't seen him.

EDIT: Apparently Yorick has been disabled from the free rotation for like over 2 years because his "pending rework". This doesn't change the fact that several champions are free way too often for no reason. Champions like Nami are not even old, so Riot has no incentive to make them free often. The fact that I only went like 1 year back in the free rotations and saw Nami free basically every month is annoying as hell.

I'd like to be able to try out a champion without having to buy them. Honestly aside from the very, very basic champions like Ashe and Garen that are beneficial to have free for newbies, no champion should be free more than 2-3 times until every other champion has been free at least once during that cycle.

It's one thing to want players to be encouraged to buy newer champions instead of just using freebies all the time, but it's another to just leave a champion in the dark for eternity while Nami is pseudo-owned by everyone because of how often she's free.

Yorick isn't allowed to be a free week champion, they took him off. But I agree, there are like 100+ champions, and it seems like it's only really limited to 20-30 with an odd man out or two every now and then.

Honestly the 450 champs shouldn't be free it clogs the rotation since they really arent that hard to get. If you play one game a day and win for two weeks you can get all of them. But I agree lissandra was ftp for like a month before and is commonly ftp almost every month or so. so i dont bother to buy her yet and just use her when she is ftp every so often. Riot typically uses champs that need work on them for ftp weeks so they can nerf them later correctly. its really annoying having a kogmaw and udyr ftp with rageblade still in its kingdom.

I think they want to keep some champion hidden or unplayable unless you buy due to the fact of how hard it is to play some of them. Imagine a new player who gets a free champ rotation and tries to play yasuo for the first time. It would probably honestly discourage the new player & they would not want to stick around and play League anymore.

Well, I don't buy champions until I get a chance to try them out and decide if I like them (incredible concept, ikr). So if RIOT doesn't want to put some champions on free rotation every so often (Yorick), then I simply won't ever buy them. lol. It's that simple really.
