Well... maybe 50/50. Started out killing them, but tried to stop with mixed success. Then she kinda unfounded an entire village, which really sinks the average, but after that she got good at not killing them. It boils down to how long it's been since then, which we won't find out until ~~they retcon everything again~~ the plot advances.

When Rito released the Stray Fox story about two years ago, which went with her old lore, they explicitly said it doesn't work that way and never has. She lures them to a secluded area, kills them, then takes the essence as it leaves their dying body. The only parts that changed with the Vastaya update are her motives, and that she doesn't always kill them now.

Kumiho stories are pretty lacking in sexual encounters, they either find humans curiously(Interesting) funny, or outright just treat them as a food source, often they want to be human in order to be with a human, which leads to some wacky hi-jinx including not eating/ feasting for 100 days (Korean creation myth reference where a bear only ate vegetables for 100 days and created humanity by marrying a god upon turning into a human) Kumiho have been told to eat livers, where early Koreans thought your soul was, suck out the blood vampire style, or just absorb your soul essence through kiss, possibly tongue since it requires them to give up their fox bead temporarily. Ahri Ahri isn't actually a demon either, she absorbs the souls because shes addicted to the soma-type high that it gives her, not because she actually wants to. Shes an addict, and is essentially a sick person (despite how people feel about drug users) IMO shes meant to mimic the cravings and D.Ts that people who quit using drugs, and the struggle they go through. Shes a flirt, and a tease, but I don't think she puts out.

PS. Japanese Fox spirit stories are all scewed because they see them as violent tricksters who get their kicks off of mutilation or severely injuring humans. This spread to Korea in the 1900s when Japan annexed Korea, which we WONT TALK ABOUT since its still a sore spot in most Koreans historical hatred. But overall Japan didn't like (kitsune) fox spirits ???

PPS: Theres a myth of a fox spirit called Daji which only happens to have significance in Japanese and Chinese mythos. Interesting read since she really fits the theme of Evelynn better than Ahri.

Thanks, I guess North Korea has the oral tradition passed down still and my mother happened to be one of the storytellers casually (she sold weed in the capitalist spring for her main job) I inherited the job of storyteller because of being the first female borne to my family. While it wasn't needed for it, she still did it, several hundred times with multiple men as implied by her lore. Though she doesn't have sex with them anymore, again, according to her lore(as in, in the begining Ahri did have sex, but now she doesn't). Evelynn is a toss up, we know she's turned on by causing pain to her enemies but we don't know yet if she has sex with them while doing it, i'm gonna go with she doesn't because of her "Dominatrix" personality(most Dominatrix don't have sex with the people their dominating over.) and that she likely just get's off to watching them in agony.

And tbh, if she doesn't let the guys she kills have sex with her, that's another type of pain right there XD

Edit: Also, evelynn probably doesn't have sex with her target's because it would cause them Pleasure instead of pain, and the only thing she enjoy's doing is causing pain.

It's heavily implied that she did, in her older lore atleast. More current lore says she doesn't and simply "Charms" them but i'm still hung up on her old lore since it was more interesting.

The closest line you could think that is "[...] and used her profound gift of beauty to attract unsuspecting men. She would consume their life essence while they were under the spell of her seductive charms."

As far as I ever interpreted it, they would follow her into a back alley or the forest only to never be seen again.
